• Action 1: Collaborated with the client through a detailed discovery call to understand their specific needs and challenges.

• Action 2: Identified the need for lightweight markers with fabric base that would work well with adhesives

• Action 3: Sourced and tested various materials, ultimately creating rush order prototypes using lightweight markers on a smooth, flexible leatherette base for next day testing.

• Action 4: Located and sourced glue and equine tape to ensure secure attachment and comfort for the horse.

• Action 5: Final product delivery - extra wide base for better surface area adhesion.
